Do you have offices in these towns?
No. Dreamline is a service-area business. We don't have a storefront; we come to you. Day-to-day support is remote, and onsite visits happen at your office.
Is onsite support included?
For Dreamline Complete clients, onsite support within our service area is included with no call-out fees. Projects outside the plan are quoted up front.
My town isn't listed. Can you still help?
Probably. The list above is where we spend the most time, not a hard boundary. If you're in New Hampshire, southern Maine, or northern Massachusetts, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can support you well.
Can you support employees who work from home outside the area?
Yes, for remote support of company laptops and accounts. Onsite visits are limited to our service area.
