Do you sell hardware?
We help you choose and procure the right devices. Hardware cost is separate from your Dreamline Complete plan fee; we coordinate the purchase and handle setup.
What about machines we already own?
We support them under the plan when they meet our minimum standards. Out-of-warranty or non-standard hardware may be handled as project or billable work, and we will tell you before we start.
